Room colour/design ideas

I am moving downstairs from my bedroom to a smaller one, my one at the 
GrahamCracker
moment is waaay too big it is the whole size of the house, and it gets

dusty easily etc etc!

I am moving into a kinda bigish room with

an en-suite (black and white tiles), and it has an alcove kind of thing in

the far corner, it is as tall as the celing and goes in for about a 1/1and

a half meters and about as wide as a desk. There is 1 window in the room 
(and 1 in the bathroom) and l do not think it lets in too much sun. There 
is a very big double bed in there and l think that will be staying it 
takes up nearly half the room...

l do not know if all those 
details were necessary but :/ My favourite colour is blue, l looove it! 
Currently the walls are 3 white and 1 brown, l do not like that :/Also 
there will be a floor to ceiling wardrobe going in, l dont want it but l 
dont haveasay, it will be like frosted glass sliding door thing.

Try some block colours. If it where me, I would paint the wall

creamy colour, althought not creamy, somehting close to white would be

Then decorate the room with blue themed furnishings (blue bed covers etc).

Well by all means paint the room blue if that what you like!

Maybe 3 light walls and then a darker blue for an accent? Pick up a few

decorating magazines and look at the pictures, cut out any that you like

Maybe you could just paint the brown wall blue or get a really

nice modernd blue wallpaper and have a feature wall :)
